  •  Maintenance and landscaping matters are listed by location/homeowner address on the monthly Board meeting agenda with a short identifier/description
  • Homeowners can review the agenda, which is posted one week prior to the meeting
  • Do you want the agenda emailed to you?  Contact Elyce Philcox at ephilcox@harborbay.org to make it happen!
  • If homeowners want to comment on maintenance/landscaping matters, they may do so during the homeowners’ open forum at the beginning of the meeting
  • The Board will vote to approve/disprove/modify/delay maintenance and landscaping matters at that meeting
